Every item at PerfectKini is New With Tags — original hang tags attached, sanitary liner intact, never worn, tried on, washed, or altered. NWT is not a category here; it is the only standard. If a piece cannot meet that bar, it does not enter the inventory. When your order arrives, the tags confirm everything before you remove a single one.

Designer swimwear sizing varies significantly by label and by cut. As a general rule: Acacia and Vitamin A run small — size up one. ViX follows Brazilian sizing conventions and also runs approximately one size smaller than US standards. Frankies Bikinis and L*Space tend to be true to size with a forgiving fit. What is your return policy?
Because swimwear is intimate apparel, all swimwear sales are final — this is standard practice across luxury boutiques and department stores alike. The NWT condition of every piece is guaranteed before it ships. If an item arrives not as described or has a condition issue we missed, contact us within five days at perfectkini@gmail.com and we will resolve it fully. Exchange requests on sizing are considered case by case based on available inventory.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard US shipping on all orders $150 and over. Orders under that threshold ship at a flat rate. Every order ships within one to two business days, and tracking information is sent by email the moment your package leaves. Standard delivery runs three to seven business days depending on destination.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders ship the same or next business day. We treat packing and shipping with the same attention as sourcing — your order arrives in clean, presentable condition, not a rushed afterthought. Once it ships, you will receive tracking information by email and can follow it the entire way.
Can you ship in time for Coachella, a festival, or my upcoming trip?
Yes — orders placed by Thursday ship same or next business day and typically arrive within three to five days via standard shipping.
