The NWT condition of every piece is guaranteed before it ships. If an item arrives not as described or has a condition issue we missed, contact us within five days through the contact form and we will resolve it fully. Free standard US shipping on all orders $150 and over. Orders under that threshold ship at a flat rate. Orders ship within one to three business days, and tracking information is sent by email the moment your package leaves. Standard delivery runs three to seven business days depending on destination.
