All US orders over $150 ship free — no code required. Orders below that threshold ship at a flat rate. We ship from the United States to all 50 states, and most orders leave within one to two business days of purchase. Standard delivery runs three to seven business days. Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
All swimwear sales are final. This is standard practice in the industry — swimwear is intimate apparel, and the NWT condition of every piece is verified and guaranteed before it ships. Buying here means knowing exactly what you are receiving.
If your item arrives not as described, or if there is a condition issue we missed, contact us within five days of delivery at perfectkini@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right — no runaround, no fine print. A full refund is issued for any item that does not match its listing.
Exchange requests for sizing are handled case by case based on available inventory. If you believe an exchange may be appropriate, reach out promptly and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific size or style at the time of your request.
A Note on Condition
Every piece in the PerfectKini catalog is New With Tags — original hang tags attached, sanitary liner intact, never worn. We verify this personally before anything ships. The final sale policy reflects the nature of authenticated NWT swimwear, not an indifference to your experience. Your confidence in the purchase is the reason we built this standard in the first place.
